The National Office of the NCP is situated adjacent to the Belmont Parish Complex in Fryers Road. Belmont, a suburb of Geelong outside of Melbourne.

The National Office is responsible for the administration of the NCP activities. The National Office also publishes "The Official Directory of the Catholic Church in Australia". This Official Directory is published in both print and internet versions.
